Final Project with National Gallery.

Here is my first attempt in After Effects, quite happy with the result could be much better but again time is killing not much time for trying new effects. So have to very tight on this and not look back for any correction or changes.

Few more experiment with light and rendering. Never realised playing with filters like blur and channels can be so much fun.

Trying to working with light and shadow , quite happy with the result now as dont have much time to do the experiment . More likely keeping somewhere a limit that I should not spent much time in lighting while I put much effort on animation.

The Final image of the hall. Tried working with light but no joy yet. Hope I'll find a better way to put light and shadow in a good way later.

Character Development :
For my final project I've designed a character who is Indian. His name is Mr. Rakesh and we meet him in India during the 1980's. It took a long time to develop and bring the character out. Here are some images that I worked on before I came to the final character.

Few images of the bedroom with progress for the project.

Based on the feedback I've received the story has changed slightly. The final scene is now with the main character ( Mr. Rakesh ) reflecting on his own mortality as he looks in the mirror. My original concept was to end with his grandson to show the circle of life. However I think as the title is ''moh-maya'' a reminder of death it seems more appropriate for him to be thinking of his own death.

Please feel free to leave the comments.

Here again the same concept after little bit more tweaking. Please feel free to leave your valuable comments so that I can make it easy for audience to understand.

Trying to work on concept of Vanitas ( moh_maya ). Still developing the idea and here it's the first pass. Will update more soon.

The painting which I'm working with for my final project. Its called '' An Allegory of Vanities of Human Life '' by Harmen Steenwyck.

I think it's perfectly clear, Prakash! Really! I think you made the right thing! Only one thought: Maybe three door/situations, instead of four could be enough so you could give them a few seconds more in order to be seen. Like the first two and the last one, but as I said, it's just a thought. Try to ask also other people about this, I may be wrong. Also between one door and another (but just for one time) I personally would show another shot of him in the room feeling confused and leaving one door to head to another or just use that nice camera move you had in the previous version of the animatic. I thought that was quite significant! The final it's just perfect! Anyway, show it to other people and see what they say, but it looks absolutely great, Prakash! It's gonna be really good! :)

@ str9led,
Sorry for the late reply and many thanks for watching it.
I used Maya, After effects, Photoshop and premiere to complete this project.
